Very helpful staff, nice, smiling ...... I have nothing to complain about :)

Two stars. One for quite nice service, the other for the absence of queues. Otherwise, absolutely nonsensical opening hours for working people, the impossibility of parking (mainly for heavy heavy packages with food for cats), the absolute lack of people at one time did not deliver the call to pick up the shipment (I do not understand that the mail will not allocate extra people, poor delivery staff who then wore weekend announcement). There should be serious work in this post, or just close and leave a branch for the doorstep 6.

I do not deliver the packages, send a repeated call to the mailbox, even if the first call did not come to me 🤦‍♀️ .... the package was also there for 2 months and of course they say that they have nothing .... I have no words. 😣
