Terrible!!!

One star for the modern environment in OC Krakow and the other for the helpful lady at the counters. We have been waiting here for a long time, so I haven't had anything sent to Bohnice for over a year. If someone sends the package by mistake, I'm in a sack. They won't deliver the shipment in person and they haven't bothered to put a ticket to save the shipment in the mailbox in recent months. I then chase after forgiving the moron shipment after all the devils and the sender is forced to pay additional postage. Couriers from PPL, DPD, Geis .. deliver without complications.

Long wait, min. half an hour, no matter how many people. UPD 2020, OC Krakow - the environment has improved, the queue is smaller, a good code retrieval system

The post office works very well. The staff are great and friendly. No shipment has ever been lost to me. The postman carries smaller shipments directly to the mailbox, for which I thank her very much. Absolutely satisfied.

As the Czech classic sings: "My favorite service is a package in hand, because it means that I will be able to go to the post office again, if you deliver it at all, it is no guarantee." And literally, one waits all day at home and then in the paper finds paper not found (in the better case, there is at least the paper). The shipment was never delivered to me as it should. Sometimes even mail doesn't even arrive in your inbox, and that's a problem. Nobody knows anything, everyone does their job properly, but I don't get my mail: D
