Very polite and nice service.

Czech Post, which basically does not deliver anything. One is at home at the home office all day, yet (quite unexpectedly, of course) a message appeared in the mailbox stating that the addressee had not been reached. Have at least as much decency and change the text to "Traditionally we coughed on you." It is impossible to pick up a package for a working person, given the current opening hours.

Today an SMS came about the delivery of the consignment, no one arrived and in the afternoon another SMS, the consignment was stored at the post office. This is not how I imagine the package service in hand. In addition, the stated delivery number was switched off all day. Unfortunately, it is repeated why they have a package in their hand when I do not deliver and they always leave it at the post office.

It's really tragic. For 14 days I don't even know that I have a registered letter stored in the post office. No prompts in the inbox or repeated, I learn info from the sender. Increase the cost of letter fees even more! And ordinary letters often go for a week. You just won't understand. And the best thing in the end, the post offices adjust their working hours from 10 am to 6 pm from the autumn, I don't know if the solution will be, but there will be a lot of them.
