Today I came across another unpleasant scandal of this branch, namely unfair tactics and misleading consumers. I mostly use post offices, but exceptionally I had to use ČP. I needed to send a package of 1.25 kg to 35 cm abroad, then the calculator on the net was the price of about 400, - for economy ... At the post office, the lady told me that it is possible to send only for about 700, - priority, when I referred to calculator and that I want the one for 400, -, so the lady excused herself and that the system does not offer her anything for 400, -, but only for 700, - .. information, eg that at 400, - the package is not insured, it cannot be tracked according to the number and other incredible excuses and lies, let me complain to the management, for example. that they offer the service 400, - and that I will mediate it, so suddenly there was no problem in the system with sending a shipment for 400, -, incl. insurance, tracking the shipment .. This lady has been working there for a long time, so she knows the price lists and procedures very well. According to my approach and behavior, it seems to me that such an unreliable behavior, the provision of misleading, resp. False information and deceptive tactics are the order of the day and are perhaps even rewarded for it. It occurs to me that they are abusing the ignorance of the customer who needs to send the shipment, so he is dependent on it. of this branch probably also has a decent and fat commission, so no one there has the motivation to act honestly ..

2 open branches dedicated only to the package and the rest closed .. good job ..

I don't understand the system set up by this post. If you want to make a certified copy and you've arrived earlier than the others, they still give priority to picking up the package. At the same time, the fact that I work only two partitions does not get to the queue at all if the whole resident does not pick up the packages after work.

This post lacks only better leadership and work organization. Then it would not happen to them that one day it's your turn, even though there are three people in front of him, other times he waits for half an hour. The only advantage is that when you live in Dědina, you have a post office a few minutes walk. The problem is that the delivery women are from Petřin, so you will not solve the problems with delivery there anyway.
