This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced, walked in, employee yelling so loudly in Czech, no idea what’s going on. All employees are looking at me, I tried to say I don’t speak Czech(whilst this woman is still yelling) at one of the other employees, he asks if I’m after post stamps. I say yes, he advises me to go to the store to the left of the store. I go to the store, it’s locked, but there are employees inside, they don’t even acknowledge me at the door. I left with no stamps. Summary - worst post office in Prague. Avoid at all cost.

Might be very long queues (about 40–50 min.). Staff is absolutely incompetent, they don't know postal rules, they speak *only* Czech, they even do not try to say/understand some English words. If you send, be ready to fill in «Podací lístek» in Czech language.

It's the branch I live closest. Tough luck I have to say. They are understaffed, incredibly slow at every transaction you have to do there. I have never encountered such a bad service in this country They are rude. Their attitude is atrocious. The whole experience is horrible. I hate going there. I wish I didn't. The only good thing it is that now it has plenty where to wait for their awful service.
