A soothing place, especially in early spring and autumn, when there are fewer people. Unfortunately, as in the whole of Dolní Šárka, the urbanization pressure can be seen here (it is being built and is being built!).

The mill was probably founded in the 15th century, at the end of the following century it is documented in written sources as the property of the Strahov Premonstratensian Order. The baroque rebuilt mill under the dam of Dubový rybník has been the property of the family of the composer Josef Mysliveček since 1696. In the first half of the 19th century, the building burned down three times in quick succession, and in 1860 it ceased to function as a mill. By 1862, it is only listed as a homestead. Since then, various productions have been established here, such as a foundry, forge and carpentry. In 1919, the production of heating equipment and radiators was located here. After the war, the nationalized building was taken over by the national company Korek Klášterec nad Ohří and began to produce stoppers and aluminum caps (the nearby bus stop is still called "Korek"). Production ceased until 1980. In 2004, an exclusive closed complex with 16 separate residences and a guarded entrance for the most demanding clients was created here.
