Building is almost empty,most of employees work now from home. Reception is working on ground floor for all offices, receptions are working on each floor. It is possible to deliver letters & documents. The good side is that there is plenty of parking places available.

Very bad experience with leasing a car and solving its theft. And when I read the other reviews, I'm not the only one.

Zero client service, absolute helplessness when trying to get a simple document. Each time you call, they redirect you to someone else who either doesn't pick up the phone or can't help and hang up. Although they are happy to sell you a car for leasing, unfortunately you often cannot drive it, as they are not able to prepare a simple document needed for the vehicle register in more than a week. If you buy a car here, buy a garage, you will need it. Also leave the money aside on a tolled telephone line, which you will call often, but to no avail. The only positive is that you get scolded by an elevated call center operator and the swearing of your wife at home will come to you only as a weak concoction.

Absolutely frivolous company, I sent a request for deferred payments 16.4. I received a reply directly from the employee that they would contact me soon. Of course, nothing happened for more than a month. When I started to deal with the situation again. Absolutely unprofessional and frivolous negotiations, still looking for fault with the customer, 10 times they propose to fill in the application again and of course pay another installment. Why do clients ask for a postponement of installments, probably because they are in a bad situation thanks to Coronavir. No, Unicredit has conscientious employees who do not read emails, throw applications in the trash and do not need clients. Seriousness itself. Really serious company with an exemplary approach to clients !!!

Horrible dealings with clients. I have been waiting for approval of an insured event for 2 weeks. A repaired car costs me a week in service and it is still impossible to pick it up.
