I have experience with international car rentals, but usually they treat me like one of many... Here, I had a feeling like they really cared about my needs, very professional and yet very personal and friendly, and literally NOTHING is a problem! And what made me write this is the QUALITY of the car! Wow! I have never gotten such a lovely car, in a perfect condition, smelled like new.. that was the experience I will always look for again.. So I really recommend this company to people who look for high quality cars and service.

Me and my fruend were a bit worried because we had to travel during the night time, but with this rental car company, everything went good. They picked us up at the time we asked them and also took us to our destination in time. I will definetly reccommend it.

It was such a nice trip with their rental service. We had to travel during the night and it was a bit complicated for us, but everything went fine. They were so punctual, and so careful the whole trip, also we arrived at our destination at the right time. 👌

I would highly recommend East Car Rental. I am from New Zealand and when I booked my a trip to Prague, I also wanted a rental car to get around. I searched for many weeks and made alot of enquiries with car rental companies. This company was the only one to get back to me quickly, everyone else took days and days. I liked their professional manner and being a Lawyer this was foremost in my decision. I was met at the airport and taken to their place of business. The staff were so welcoming and friendly, and after a very long flight I really appreciated this. I had chosen a Mini Cooper, wow what a fantastic car. Clean, immaculate presentation. The car was everything I had hoped for, drove like a dream and very reliable. Yes, I had to fill in numerous forms and I would not expect anything else from a company of this standing. I was impressed that the company was being extra vigilant in their business practice which gave me confidence that my best interests were being looked after. If you want luxury, good service, an English speaking staff, confidence in a company then choose Easy Car Rental

Great servis from the beginning to the end. Very professional and fast communication, handover and tailor-made services. Nothing has been a problem. Car (VW Multivan for 9 pax) was clean, perfect, new and well cared. I can only recommend this team! 🙏 Thank you, crew
