Beautifully renovated building with a pleasant conference hall. Chamber concerts can be organized here. Acoustics is good

I rate only 1 visit: in order to pay the blue zones. About 30 counters on the upper floor of the town hall opened. I was checked in in 5 minutes, an unreal and praiseworthy deed of the PH4 district. The impression was spoiled only by the processing of the space: 30 PCs glued side by side to the noodles, cables pulled together with adhesive tape - it didn't look nice ...

Do not like this place, should not interfere with the internal affairs of other countries
