Urologické oddělení

DOCTOR KRISTÝNA DUKÁTOVÁ, total tragedy. On Friday at 20:00 at the urological outpatient clinic - the emergency room did not give me antibiotics for epididymis because she claimed that I was fine. She didn't even send urine for cultivation to the lab, she said I should take Ibalgin. I was dying in pain. Then she told me to go to the hospital in Vinohrady for dermatovenerology, although my testicles ached in a crazy way and I urinated at any moment. I fall to KRČE. Of course, at dermatovenerology in Vinohrady, they told me that I had nothing to do with urological problems, that the doctor at Thomayer Hospital had gone so crazy. So that I had to go on Friday night in pain all over Prague to ÚVN and there I got antibiotics for inflammation of the urinary tract and epididymis. The doctor was annoyed that she had to do something, so from what they are there in the emergency room.

HORRIBLY!!! I recommend an examination at any other emergency ... We paid a fee right on arrival and when our sister came to us and found out that my girlfriend was from Prague 2, she didn't kill us that we were there and refused to investigate her ...

I evaluate STABILITY. So here it is an absolute tragedy. I was here about five years ago, and it was terrible, this year the same thing. No one in the waiting room at night, as well as waiting for you to have a great deal of pain. Staff (both a nurse and a doctor) tell you quite clearly that you are being annoyed here, you have to go to the surgery in "normal" office hours. With such a crazy approach to patients, fortunately I have not met anywhere else and I hope I will never meet again. I understand that they have nightmares and want to sleep or not be pleasant, just a little human sympathy and normal communication. The next time (if any) I'd rather go across Prague to another hospital.

Everything fast. On the emergency on Friday afternoon 1h waiting. Nurses and doctor very nice.
