Cleaned my new down jacket nice. Little bit crashed button covering, but I expected that.

I brought the ball gown to the dry cleaners, which was soiled only by sweeping the parquet with them. In addition to the basic price of cleaning clothes, I was charged for special cleaning because of the softness of the cloth. I paid 560 CZK. After picking up, I checked my clothes on the spot. More than half of the dirt remained on my clothes, so I complained about cleaning. After the second cleaning, the clothes remained dirty in the same condition. So I asked for a refund (at least part), because in the "dry cleaners" my clothes actually did not clean and I actually paid for nothing. But they refused to return the money. So thank you so much. Really appalling approach. I brought the dress to the mother-in-law, who cleaned my clothes so that there was no single spot. Obviously, my mother-in-law can wash and clean better than this dry cleaners. Definitely not recommended.

I do not recommend destroying completely new clothes!
