Great attitude and enthusiasm from personnel, despite running the businness on part-time workers (toward which I was sceptical), these really know what they advice and are more than helpful. Can recommend.

Big disappointment for the customer. I have 3 dogs, so I regularly spend a lot of money in breeding needs every year .... In the Czech Republic, however, Pet centers do not value their clients. Resp. not those who do not have a loyalty card and yet shop there regularly! I regularly buy clothes for my 3 small dogs. They are similarly large, but everyone knows that size does not always fit. When the outfit is small, you exchange it for a larger one, but lo and behold, you can't do it with a smaller one. And why? Because you have to buy something for a difference. You can't take a dog to the shopping center, they won't give you clothes at home without paying, but if you bring it to the next day for an exchange that it's simply small for one, it won't return the difference in price. You have to spend 50 CZK. It doesn't matter that the day before you left 3.5 thousand and a week back more money in another branch. Yes, it is not a duty of trade, but decency is. It is clear to everyone that I could not have done it otherwise. And if the Pet center is about 50 CZK, then I have the principle, because then I prefer to spend my money in other stores, where this was never necessary to solve !!!

We were with my husband in the store (there are no other customers). The saleswoman once asked if we needed any help, they said "thank you no". Then she started saying, "Why are you coming here, you don't know it's an emergency, you have to be home, you're threatening me and yourself if you don't want to buy anything, so please leave the store." We were shocked by such an approach to customers, if a person needs to choose some goods himself and needs time for that (about 7 minutes of looking at goods and fish) he just throws you out of the store. They didn't want to buy anything from them anymore and just went to another store. I do not recommend.

Good access by subway and bus. Decent selection and very helpful and knowledgeable staff.
