Some of the younger staffs actually speak really good English. I like how they open on Saturday. Never had issue communicating with them in my limited Czech nor experiencing bad service.

If you speak bad Czech be ready to meet women with short black hair (12 room) which will be aggressive and rude. She shouts loud and makes fun of you with her colleagues. Can’t imagine such behavior in intelligent Prague.

The lady at the post office decides to make fun of my nationality to my face, then demonstrate with her fingers how much I should pay. I believe she meant to have fun, but this behavior is not acceptable in a professional setting. Please teach your employees manners!

Maybe they fired the unpleasant staff but during recent 4 visits everything was just good. Hence giving 4 starts instead of one. Plus extra star for a cute girl who helps with choosing the right option in ticket system.

Took 17 days for priority recommended letter to reach Croatia. Tracking says that it took them 14 days just to put the letter into the bag!
