It used to be a really bad post office, up to the usual Česká Pošta standard. However, something must've changed, because the service is much faster and they don't annoy you with insurance and loan offers anymore. All you need to do, is look at the visit rate graph, and come at the right time. They will be happy to serve you even 20 minutes before closing.

The package from Pilsen went here for 10 days; shipped on February 2, delivered on February 12. The lady at the counter also mistaken the sender and the recipient, she wanted to give me a package with a cash on delivery of CZK 1,400 for free and add CZK 60 from the trip. (Of course, I pointed out the mistake and paid the cash on delivery.) That the delivery man does not even try to deliver the package is such a local color. (That no one cares at the post office, as it were.) My wife is on maternity leave, she doesn't leave the house at all in the current situation, so he couldn't miss her. The prices for delivery are also quite out - 210 CZK for a small, light package is quite a bat, it would probably be cheaper for me if I went to Pilsen by train. Despite the fact that it would be faster.

At this post office, they always advise me well, serve me and even smile. I am satisfied with this post and I admire the employees who work at this branch.
