Bad service. The workers aren’t helpful at all and it seems the services are more expensive here than in other ceska posta I used in the past, which I don’t understand.

Pretty poor. Nothing in English. Difficult to communicate even in broken Czech and not efficient. They cannot deal with lines longer than 3 people. Office structure needs a makeover badly.

Significantly contradictory experiences. Sometimes super nice and willing lawyers and sometimes a total explosion and inability to provide the right information. And now they have reduced working hours.

Ringing at postmen is probably considered a waste of their precious time, and no one bothers with the possible insertion of a notification into the mailbox. . . repeatedly. At least in this part of Prague, ČP basically doesn't work.

The best branch of the Czech Post, where I have ever been, the employees are very willing and nice and I never wait long. They never even lost my shipment: O
