E-CARS RENT

Very hard to communicate with them in English, E-golf are old models with very low range and bad equipped. Our small boy had an accident in the car with a toy and the company didnt have a proper insurance to cover it, so we had to pay 100% damage to system. I can not recommend this company. There are plenty of better options on the market.

Electric car great. But communication with the lady terrible! Reluctant, unpleasant. They postponed my rental date twice. The takeover took more than an hour. Completely unprepared. When returning, she told me that I was late even though it was 4 pm (Upon acceptance, she promised that the return was possible by 6 pm. And they have 24/7 at the stands). Then they counted me more per km than was in the contract ...

Car rental was a gift. EUp itself! Great. Unfortunately, the good impression was spoiled by the unpleasant communication around the loan.
