Best rental experience so far. Got in, paid a small deposit, got upgraded, got out in 10min. The car was brand new and the service on the spot when returning flawless. 7/5. Will rent again.

My tips after 4 rentals: 1) be careful, 2) be grateful. They are amazingly cheap and surprisingly service is nice and fast. Know what you're paying for and be careful with any damages while picking (make photos), if you didn't get their full coverage. Check gas level and insurance expiration etc. - I found issues, but they got resolved immediately. I also got nice free upgrades. All in all, I can't say a bad word. Their cars are nice and new, certainly not what you'd expect for the lowcost. I really wish them good luck with the business!

Nothing to really complain about these rental company. Much cheaper than competitors I used to. I’ve got a nice upgrade ( from manual Octavia to DSG 4x4 Superb) on rental car so can’t complain too and rental deposit has been released back on my card second day after the car has been returned. Only downside is make sure you check the bodywork conditions and take pics as not all marks are recorded. Definitely I will use again. Thanks

It was very horrible experience, i booked a small car online for 378 euros including everything with full protection however when i reached there the officer told me an unprofessional reason that my driving licence is not good but for this time he will help me and accept it if i add more deposit 605 euros including the cross borders+ 596 the normal deposit so when i will return the car i will get back at the 605+596. but what i got when i returned the car is only 596 euros, and when i spoke to the officer he was so rude so in total i paid almost 1000 for a very small car worth 378, however i advice everyone to try to avoid this company, my plans really destroyed and the whole trip was like a nightmare.
