I think this is not accurate otherwise you will allow reviews on your page! I rented a car in Prague and it broke down 30 min after leaving the office and the worst think he didn't guarantee me the replacement car and they told me to go home with a taxi on my own experiencea after a lot of negotiations it took me around 5 hours to replace it in addition I took the taxi from the location to the office on my own experience and I am not able to reach anyone to refund the waisted day in addition to the taxi fees!! worst customer service will never use them again 👎

Another excellent service from the guys at Avis! As an Avis president club member, the was service was swift and top-notch. No time-wasting even on returning the car. The agents here absolutely know what they are doing. Well done.

I would rate it lower if possible. Car broke in the middle of the road on the second day of renting. After calling the service, we had no other option than to wait for the tow truck. The replacement car was suggested to get picked up in the airport ("very convenient" when we were miles and miles away from it). After getting to the airport by a train we were shocked to see that the final charges included gas for the full tank, though it was half full with an unreasonable price. How would they expect us to fuel it when the car itself was broken?

The service was fine and the auto was good. Only two complaints: on returning the auto they charged me 150 Euros for a scuff on the rim that one could not see (scam??); Second, it was difficult to find AVIS when we arrived at the airport, and, it was even more difficult to find where to return the car at the end of our trip. No signage anywhere.

Second time here this year, second time it takes over half an hour to get the car and they try to downgrade me without changing the price. TERRIBLE SERVICE!
