Very nice staff, and really good service and great prices. I got the car at Prague airport and I returned it at the main train station. There was no extra cost for this service. The person at the airport was super nice, I didn't have anything to hold my phone that I could use it for navigation. He gave me a phone holder and he also upgraded me for an automat car. Only strange thing was that even though I had full insurance I had to pay a 15000CZK deposit. Another thing was, that even though I booked in EUR it was only possible to pay in CZK. But in the end was all good. I returned the car, they checked if the tank is full, I got papers that said that all is fine. A few days later the 15000 CZK was back on my account. I will definitely book with them again

We had a rather negative impression from renting with them. A) We did not receive the car we had booked. B) We got handed wrong keys and even though they were exchanged we received unfriendly service; unable to reach them via telephone. C) Cars are stored a good walk away in a creepy parking garage; if you are arriving as a single women, I would not recommend to book late at night. D) Very unfriendly drop off with very intimidating "macho inspectors" who race the rental cars through the parking garage (see tyre marks on the floors). All in all, I would not rent a car from them again.

Be very careful with these people. One month after the rental they debited my account for over 400 usd for a tiny scratch on the top of the bumper that was previous damage. Take photos of everything ahead of time and use Amex not a debit card. Better yet, look elsewhere for your rental.

Best budget carrental company at Czech And Slovakia market.. For sure they have best offers for long-therm rentals. Good luck Boro!

Beware of unprofessionalism. Instructions were not clear where to pick up car. Had to walk multiple blocks between two offices twice before someone was able to help us. Then no employee came out to inspect the car before I took it. Thankfully I took pics because two weeks later I was charged ($400+) for a scratch that I took a picture of upon leasing the car. I am still trying to get reimbursement for that fraudulent charge.
