Process of pickup and drop off is fairly smooth but they are sneaky with adding things without mentioning final price to you. Also you still leave deposit even with full insurance- ridiculous.

At the Hertz parking lot, where you pick up the car, it is too dark to check the car condition properly. When you return the car, they have flooded light and check it for every scratch. I already told them but nobody cares. Unfair customer treatment.

Quick and easy, short walk to the gates as well. Everyone checks in with the same people at the airport, very convenient.

I found a very kind and friendly lady who gave me all the information I needed. The car was really good one.
