Do not rent car from this company. When returning the car years ago, it was one of the worst consumer experiences I have ever had. Made up damages and absolutely incompetent behaviour.

This location is not an actual parking space since it is a road with heavy traffic with no parking

We agreed on the delivery of the car on January 8, 2021 (we agreed 2 days in advance) at 12 o'clock, with the proviso that there are enough cars and it is not a problem to bring them despite the greater distance. Around 14:00, it was strange to me why no one was calling me, until after my question they answered me that they would not lend me a car, that they had a defect and that they had nothing else. They caused me several thousand damages and stopped communicating. I highly do not recommend.

You can avoid this rental with an arch and beware that the 5 star reviews are largely fake, in a while there were a lot of them at once. From the beginning, everything is fine, if you want to communicate, you can not be fooled. We picked up the Audi A3 at the airport, it stinked inside. Mr. sold it to us, and since it was night, he asked us if we would throw it somewhere along the way. Clearly. Well, we finally drove him somewhere to Vestec and drove for about an hour. When you were supposed to come for the car, of course, it turned out that the place in our city, where you were supposed to pick it up, I went to the next town for it, so that he had it easier. I didn't mind and Mr. and I agreed like this, but obviously for goodness on zebra. They have had trouble returning the deposit for several weeks now. So as a result, we worked as taxi drivers and let ourselves get burned by the fact that they obviously don't return the deposit. I really hope that a company like this will fail.
