Unreliable e-shop. On 22.11. I ordered the goods and paid straight away. No one told me about the shipment until 1.12, so I called the store. I was told that they had the wrong mail (which they didn't have because the receipt arrived), then that it hung in unpaid and finally they told me that the goods were not in stock because there was an accident in stock. In the end, I received an e-mail stating that the order is canceled due to the unpaid amount. Great dissatisfaction with the approach and solution of the problem that arose on their part. If I didn't start looking for the package myself after 10 days, they probably wouldn't even let me know by Christmas, now I'll see if they send me the money that I didn't send them!

Great experience with customer service. Fast delivery and communication. The goods arrived in order and even faster than I expected. Satisfaction for me, it was definitely not my last purchase :) Thank you!

Great approach. A broken plate came, even though there were one more of them in the set, so it was actually missing ... And 1 piece of dessert was missing, which I didn't notice before unpacking, so without irrelevant evidence of the still packed goods. Complaints settled quickly and both pieces of plates sent. Which I didn't even hope for. Thank you. 👍🏻
