Nice store with informed and friendly staff and owners. We often come to shop with my son when we need worms, seeds and other food items for our birds etc. We like to watch the fish, birds, snakes and lizards in the store. The owners take good care of their pets and they may not be all that nice to people bumping and knocking on their aquariums. I approve that. And, besides, the prices are really good.

I have a very good experience. Despite the influx of people, queues and confusion from customers who currently use this branch mainly to pick up and send shipments, the staff is always nice and helpful in my experience, even in times of busyness. I have never encountered arrogance and reluctance. As a frequent customer, I really appreciate this approach.

Most often I pick up packages from PPL or Zasilkovna here, but if there is a dark-haired lady in the store, it's awful! The lady is very uncomfortable, she looks pretty ... she behaves arrogantly. And repeatedly. Practically always. When I wanted to advise on choosing a cage, I was told to go "there" myself, that she could not leave the counter. I don't know why she does this job when she obviously doesn't enjoy it. When there is a young man or lady with lighter hair over the shoulders, it's great there, even though they are overwhelmed with boxes from courier services are always very nice.

It's small, all paid for in one place, but the choice is large ..
