A relentless and unprofessional staff who have never done a single thing right in the last 14 years. I always run the risk of having to go to the post office. And rightly so. I wouldn't be surprised if the North Korean Post also worked better and was more accommodating.

If possible, I avoid using posts as much as possible. Unfortunately, sometimes there are no other ways and every such case is a tragic experience - packages in hand go to the post, the queues at the post at any time of the day are terrible, staff reluctant. Especially at the time of covid, it would be nice if the delivery of packages and personnel at the branch was strengthened, when a person by chance has to stop standing in the cold for an hour.

The lady behind the counter couldn't say hello or say goodbye, she was uncomfortable. They were supposed to close at 4pm, but there were a few more people, so the lady chased us inside, locked us behind us, and refused to let us go before all the customers were done. In addition, the maximum number of people at the branch in this situation is 6, but there were at least 10 of us there. Never again at the post office.

Tragedy, they won't see me here again.
