We go shopping regularly, always without problems, knowledgeable and pleasant service. On the more modest size of the store a large selection for all categories of pets, when there is something, it is not a problem to agree on an order. Prices reasonable, from my point of view there is nothing to complain about. By the way - we go around quite often (trips to school, shopping, office, bus ...) and I've never seen any of the service ladies (I think there are two or three alternating) smoking outside (as stated here another " evaluator ") - maybe a slander of" competition ", or did the lady confuse it with Rohožnický" zverimex "? :) For me, a pleasant store with relaxed staff, where I will be happy to go shopping.

Quite annoying saleswoman who constantly smokes with the door ajar. I understand that sometimes customers are "different" yesterday me :), but I am a client and she should be professional, kind and always satisfy the customer. The store is in a strategic location and the range of quality. Unfortunately, I'd rather go somewhere else.

Pleasant cashier and overall approach to visitors. It's just a bit of a problematic bike stand. You can't take it out yourself.

Not exactly a nice saleswoman. I bought a basic and went to Štěrbohol. I will hardly repeat the visit.
