Worst post office in Czechia! These guys are not able to deliver package for over 3 days now, although they were supposed to deliver it in 1 business day.

Shipments are not delivered, there is always an SMS about to be found, while we both have HW, a bell outside and a desk with a view of the street and the car will not pass. The last approx. 7 packages were stored directly at the local post office.

if it was possible to put 0 then I would give it, I can't call there for 4 hours

The worst experience with mail in life. An unpleasant and reluctant lady, she didn't want to find a package that has been at the depot for 14 days, with the proviso that I have to wait any longer for it to come ... I don't understand that this level of service can still exist today ...

My package is in the post office for 14 days. I only found out that he was there through a question to DHL, which he answered immediately. The effort to communicate with the Czech Post is absolutely zero, the call center is useless, the emails are useless, the calls to the branch are useless. I really don't know what else to do, so I pay for the delivery when it looks like I'm going to the branch for 2 hours to ask them for a package. Really level.
