This place always makes you wait and while not all desks nay be occupied, the strict division of services means that if 1 client comes to a specific counter, all other clients with similar needs may have to wait over half and hour - time we simply do not have

Every time I try to call, they never take it. And it's not like they didn't catch up. At other post offices, phones normally take. Worst mail.

An asterisk for tracking the shipment this time. 10.12. I checked the package around 2 in the afternoon and the shipment was on its way. I was home at half past three, the shipment on the way. At six, I was "not caught." I didn't even get a ticket in the mailbox :( 15.12. (Wednesday) still no ticket in the morning, I picked up the shipment at the post office. On Thursday 16.12. In the morning I had a ticket in my mailbox that the delivery girl did not reach me on December 10th. If I had time for that, I would try to pick up the shipment at the post office so that they can also have fun at the window, but obviously they can make a mess of it themselves.

I was at the branch between the holidays, there were quite a lot of customers. When filling out the delivery slips, I registered the help and advice that the customers received, not just from one of the employees. I was served quickly and professionally, I also got a tip (sms when handing over the shipment). Everything is OK for me.
