Hájovna

A hidden gem deep in the protected natural reserve. A beautifully renovated ranger's dwelling with large enclosures for sheep and rescued deers. The latter can be looked at through the fencing, otherwise an off-limits private property. Three interconnected artificial fishing ponds nearby for a moment of tranquility. A popular orientation spot for hikers, dog walkers or joggers. No public services on site.

We are always happy to return to the Klánovice forests, even though we are not local. Nature looks natural, almost like somewhere in the mountains, not inside Prague. Hájovna is an ideal destination for families with children, sheep and deer roam the fence.
