I had a rental van here. I have no reservations about this. Acting solid. The van stomped as it should. But, during the rental, I had my bikes balanced on the car I parked there. The result is this: after a few kilometers, I almost lost my bikes. The front wheels were not tightened at all and the rear wheels were not made at all. They didn't even bother to take them off. Among other things, I contacted by e-mail. Instead of the gentlemen pouring ashes on their heads and somehow solving this mistake, they did not bother to react. One star is too much.
