Normally I don't give local stores less than 4 stars (if they enticed me to go in) and if I lower my rating to 3, there's always a story behind it. There is. I ordered the bouquet of roses. Seamlessly. I went for her today. The young lady behind the counter was pleasant, the bouquet was nice, and although I had requirements that deviated somewhat from normal, there was a great effort to meet them. That would still be 5 stars. I paid with my cell phone and noticed that I hadn't gotten the bag of food that poured the flower into the water. So I wonder if the bag is worth it. The young lady explains that for sure (plus details, I'm smarter again), she reaches into the drawer and that for two crowns it's mine. Eh ?! So I pull out my cell phone to pay. But hey, they don't support microtransactions here (and I'm not surprised). So we stood there for a while and looked at each other and finally I left without a bag. On leaving, I also politely asked the nice lady to explain to the owner my recommendation that trying to save 1000+ two crowns on a contract is commercially unwise (yes, it is a euphemism). I don't know if he will take care of it, but maybe the owner will read this review. And if I go again next time? But yes, I wonder if I will get the bag next time: D.
