Really the worst communication and action. I DO NOT RECOMMEND. Based on the e-mail offer, I stopped to inspect the carpets on the spot in spol. Bakero in their warehouse in Říčany. I asked for a rug they had in place with fringe. Unfortunately, I didn't want him with fringes, which my girlfriend and I mentioned several times on the spot, and he wanted to order a carpet without fringes. So I made a deposit on the spot and waited for the carpet. Unfortunately, no one answered, so I asked after a long time via e-mail what it looks like if the carpet can be without fringe. I was told that the carpet is already on the way (with fringes) and that I have to remove it (otherwise the deposit will be forfeited). After resolving the situation with Mr. Executive Ing. The rabbit (who admitted in the e-mail that I wanted a carpet without fringes) constantly gets negative answers. I hand over the whole thing to my lawyer and report to the CTIA. They are now sending orders that have not been signed by me, they have admitted to the e-mail that I wanted a carpet without fringes and now they claim that this is not the case. I would not like to see how complaints can be resolved with this dubious company - I absolutely do not recommend, you may have more protection for the buyer when you buy a carpet for Alibaba. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.
