My grandfather is full of pain and almost non-walking. However, I was shocked and crushed in the manner of arrogant, disgusting behavior of the so-called sister I addressed. She played hogo fogo and banished me without ordering. Waiting patients in the waiting room were also offended by this behavior and manner of behavior, apparently having similar bad experiences.
