Absolutely. Better to die at home than go to their emergency. Sister and all doctors on the night shift were too rude. Came there to get few stitches, but the nurse said that I'm pooling her leg and should have stayed at home with such "injury". Simple unbelievable

I went there for COVID 19 testing. From the main entrance there are arrows leading you straight to the place where they do tests, instead of wandering around the area. The registration went very fast. They ask for symptoms, and wuickly register you, then swab is done in 2 seconds! Someone always speaks English (at least was when i went there), everything is well orgwnized and done quickly. Next day called for results. It is also possible to do reservations for the appointment online. I am really positively surprised! Keep going like that in all spheres!

Doctors here are amazing! I had wrist surgery and everything went well + the nurses in the hospital were very nice and friendly. I am putting one star for terrible reception in Chirurgicke Odeleni. It is easier to to talk to president, than to those arrogant people when you need urgent help.

I needed urgent medical help and got it very attentively and professionally from the Gynecology department. MUDr. Dvořák Martin is a highly qualified doctor. Děkuji.

DELIVERY - CPA AREA We usually write bad reviews about our experiences but I must tell everyone how great my experience was at Bulovka. All the staff, facilities and service provided was beyond my expectations. The staff was really friendly, even if I didn’t speak Czech they tried to talk to me and explain everything with signs, for example how to breastfeed. In some cases nurses/midwifes would ask an English speaking colleague to come and translate. All the midwives and doctors were knowledgeable, helpful and professional at all times. I gave birth earlier than expected so I arrived to the hospital unexpectedly to the CPA area, the delivery room was prepared within minutes and all available midwifes came to assist right away, some of them spoke English and some didn’t, all of them really nice. The equipment seemed brand new and delivery room was big and private. Regarding food during my stay, it was not the best, just something to keep you going, but you could bring your own and keep it in the fridge at the kitchen area (there’s no microwave). It’s already mentioned on their website but still I was surprised that nightgown, sanitary pads for mothers, diapers and clothes for the baby were provided, I was surprised by the good quality of it. Overall it was a great experience and I’m very happy to have chosen Bulovka.
