My husband and I experienced the whole procedure at Gynem clinic as a wonderfull, naturall, proffessional and pleasant process. You are taken care of from the first moment when you contact Gynem and even after the procedure. Our assistent Hana was always there for us, explaining every detail and always ready to help. Dr. Mrazek is a highly proffessional doctor with experience and expertise, also a very pleasant, understandable person. Gynem does the extra mile for a positive outcome. As an English speaking patient traveling from out of country, I was assured that there would be no issues with language barrier. The doctors, nurses, and other staff spoke English, or so I was told. Well, that was not the case. Barely any of the receptionists spoke English, and twice I had monitoring appointments with a doctor who barely spoke any English. I had many questions for her, but she was unable to answer them. As well, my coordinator was very poor at communicating. She was hardly ever at the clinic when I was there for appointments, and it was next to impossible to contact her via phone/Skype/email. After my embryo transfer, she said she would contact me the next day to inform me whether or not my leftover embryos had made it to freeze. Well she never did contact me. I spent a week trying to call her, email her, and Skype her, and finally after 8 days she contacted me. This was all unbelievably frustrating, and I will never go back to Gynem for another IVF procedure. IVF is a very expensive and mentally/emotionally/financially straining procedure, and it is completely unacceptable that Gynem operates in this haphazard way. I would strongly recommend choosing a different clinic.
