Today I called the Hospital in Bulovka around 11 o'clock. I was looking for a special contact for their Lyme disease department. Even when my general practitioner referred me to Bulovka, I knew it would be bad. I called, and the lady didn't even introduce herself, and just said, "What do you want?" I also added that I would like to be able to deal with it in their specialized department. "Well, we're vaccinating for covid here now, we don't have time for you, you'd have to have a specialized request," the nurse said. Then I replied, "I have this request." She didn't even let me finish and said, "Well, you're unlucky ..." Then she repeated twice more that I was unlucky. At that moment, I didn't let my sister talk anymore and preferred to hang up, because the lady really ruined my mood by her actions and I didn't want to be rude. I understood that I was really unlucky when I came across a lady with such an attitude. Despite the fact that I work in healthcare and I really understand that hospitals and staff are very mentally and physically busy. But I wonder how such a person can work with people and not at all how such a person can work with covid patients who are a little more stressed than me.

They leave horror, terror and heads at home when they go to work. I don't know if it was the porter or the nurse who sat at the reception (of course without a rag). The girls themselves juchuchu, mecheche, but work nothing, I came due to a deviation in liver tests, one would say 1 spejle in the nose, a little blood and a traditional house. The opposite is true I was seated and waiting (2h), meanwhile the first patient covid, the second, the third seated next to me and it was enough I take the message and disappear. Maybe I'll never have to go there again ....

The environment of the hospital is not much, but I still have to emphasize the great willingness and expertise of Mudr. Rabbits in solving my problems, as well as a great nurse approach. I have visited more hospitals, but I have not yet encountered such an above-standard approach of the staff.

I call the infect a really nice welcome from the nurse and it won't tell me or tell me where to turn and to whom. Well, the horror of the nurses' reluctance.
