I had my suit cleaned. I asked them to pay special attention to the sleeve on the jacket. Unfortunately, only after taking over the suit, the next day I found out that not only is the sleeve not cleaned but the stain is also ironed. The stain could no longer be cleaned 100% by conventional means. I did not check the suit upon receipt. I visited the dry cleaner's again and unfortunately brought the suit without proof of payment for the service. The staff was very helpful and accepted the suit into a complaint. The jacket is as clean as new. Very professional and human approach. Thank you for your services and next time I will have it cleaned again by you.
