I can only recommend Mrs. Jiřina. I took a course in Moses and I'm excited. Everybody can physically handle it, and one does not even realize how such an innocent movement can work miracles. We met a nice group and the leadership of Mrs. J. was very nice, non-invasive, I was looking forward to the next lesson and I will continue under her leadership. Book to everyone who hesitates !! Either group or individual physio.

It's great. Thinking of the problem, no routine. Sometimes it's challenging, you watch the clock when it's over, but the feeling then! Certainly recommend to anyone who wants really good care. 👍
