In the 16th century, a number of vineyards were located on the ridge of a high hill above Libní. At the end of the 18th century, they were united into the hands of Pavel Federer's Old Town burgher. The name "Rochoska" is documented in 1717. At the end of the 18th century, the vineyard homestead was rebuilt into a chateau with a chapel and a garden. After 1836, J. Lendecke bought the building and turned it into a sugar factory. From 1890 there was a poorhouse in the building. In 1903, the chateau was purchased by the Prague municipality and a town nursery school was established there - the name is still preserved at a nearby bus stop. The architecturally very valuable building of the chateau has been a Czech immovable cultural monument since 1964. Since 1954, the homestead has become part of the Na Bulovce Hospital.

Rococo chateau building, orig. vineyard estates, changed owners of both manorial and burgher origin. A gazebo has been preserved in the former garden, which reminded me more of a chapel. In the end, the buildings and land were bought by the city. 20th century and ended up on the hospital premises. It keeps them in pretty good condition.
A good review around, although more to the hospital.
