The fraudulent company will not return the deposit

Edited after the dream-cars: Dream-cars.cz responded to my review, apologized that they did not hear and we settled the matter in peace. 5 days after writing a review, I have the rest of the deposit back, as all the damage to the windscreen has been covered by a fuse. I am glad to have faced the situation and I believe that it will fine-tune the communication in the future. Original text: With dream-cars.cz it's like an insurance company. You do not know them until you deal with the deal. I would point out beforehand that it is not much about the amount of money, but rather about the principle. On June 19, 2018, after a beautiful trip, the Mazda MX-5 returned only with a small crack on the windshield from the stone from the (about) truck to the highway. Nothing that can happen to any of us. I immediately reported the incident and I was assured that nothing was happening. After returning my car, only 80% of the deposit (40t, 10t left) was returned, with the rest going to be repaired because the glass is not connected and the price is still not known. After several urgings, I learned that the insured glass is ultimately and that the co-payment will be a maximum of CZK 2500. After every emergency I was always assured that "the car goes to service tomorrow and I will know the exact amount". As no one was calling, there was another urgency and another assurance that "he's already going to service." Eventually, in September I managed to negotiate by phone that it would return another 7t and the remaining 3t call until the car is really in service. I came to the affiliate for money. The lady changed her mind and said she would return only 5t. But I was reassured that the car is going to service tomorrow, and just what to repair, let me know and call the rest. It is January 2019. No one has called. With the rest of the deposit, I stopped counting. I understand they want to rent the car as much as possible in the summer. But I do not like such a messy act. Just try to imagine what happens to your bail when you accidentally damage the windshield on the road. You get back just part of the bail and the fairy tale.
