Outraged by two things. 1. The consulate accepts only cash for payment, the consulate has a cashier and a cashier, BUT for some reason, you have to pay only through the payment machines that are there. The machines are owned by Expobak and charge 50 CZK for each transaction !!! At the very least, this scheme looks suspicious and the thought of a certain corruption component involuntarily suggests itself ... I wonder how the consulate will explain this situation. UPD: After contacting the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation, the machines were turned off, and payment through the cashier was resumed. 2. A birth certificate was issued in the Czech Republic, translated into Russian by a court translator, earlier the consulate accepted this document, but now a confirmation of the correctness of the translation is required and it costs 630 kroons, a birth certificate! there is a maximum of 1 \ 3 pages of text! The woman leafed through and checked the text, stamped and paid 630 kroons! I paid the court interpreter 250 for the translation, what a divorce! With all this, the consulate does not make translations, that is, there is no court translator, they just check damn Otherwise, no complaints.

I am very pleased with the work of the consulate with the questions I asked. All on time, extremely polite. They went to meet, tried to help.

I was very pleasantly surprised. First of all, I want to note the girl that she made out everything for me, allowed me to draw up one additional piece of paper without a separate entry, for which I am very grateful to her, since I have to travel at least from another city and I had to issue it as soon as possible (and I found out about this recently). I helped with everything. There was an error either on my part or on the part of the system, because it was not possible to find a power of attorney already approved on the site (I honestly did not find an error on my part, or the information on the site was not completely clear to me). In general, she was a very pleasant girl, who went to the meeting in everything and behaved very friendly. The man who controlled the people at the entrance was also very nice. However, I take off one star in my personal rating, because it was a very long time for two documents (I left almost at the end of the working day, when I came at 10, that is, almost 2 o'clock). This was, of course, obvious due to the power of attorney not found (that is, most likely a system error), because in order to check the email, the girl had to go to almost another office (well, give the employees computers, please), also problems with the search information on the site (there are technical problems, perhaps I could not find most of the information, because I do not understand the terminology, but for this there is a contact center, where it is very problematic to get through). All in all, the workers I was lucky enough to run into were wonderful, and the whole system needs serious adjustments.
