Flowers beautiful, overpriced, service arrogant service such a bossovani - she wants to take a flower herself, because the saleswoman is far away, but she is already looking at you and in an unpleasant voice - "well I don't mind" ... or you don't have a small - again "it doesn't matter", but the voice of the saleswoman is annoying ... typical of the Czechia

A visit to this florist was a huge disappointment. Flowers and Christmas wreaths are very nice, however, the approach of the staff, respectively. two florists was absolutely awful. E.g. to one elderly gentleman who asked how much the bouquet cost, one tore off, to look at the vase that it was written there, before to take two steps, to look and answer politely. To a lady with whom it was obvious that she visited the florist often and spent a lot of money there, but again they were like honey. As I put the things I planned to buy on the counter and was about to pay, the florist frowned at me, waiting for me to bring it even closer so she wouldn't even have to move. In addition, she only posted decorations for CZK 835 to the account, she absolutely did not bother to list individual items on the account. Throughout the store, they shouted and laughed that they had bad reviews, that people were just completely out, and that had several customers in the store. Extremely unpleasant experience, I do not understand how the owner can afford this.

The best florist with a very personal approach. After a few visits, the staff remembers very well which style you prefer and are always able to give great advice. I have been using their services regularly for 3 years and I would not change! Not only because of their creativity, but also the great sense of humor with which the local florists always lift my spirits.

Unfortunately, no. I have been to this florist several times. There is always annoying service. Hardly greeted, willingness to choose zero, the only thing they can ask is the price. The flowers wither within a few hours. Overpriced parade for a few moments. Try smiling, advising, and not yelling at them from time to time when asked if you can take the flower yourself or tell the staff. Goodbye.

Very nice staff, beautiful shop. I had a problem with the bouquet, which unfortunately dried the next day. Everything could be solved quickly, I arrived that day and received a new bouquet. Fast and trouble-free negotiations! :)
