Unfortunately, disappointment. About three years ago, when I was here for the first time in a stress test, super access..Now? At the reception, a very reluctant lady, she does not quite understand the phone, if I did not know where I was calling, I probably would never know. Hello and goodbye are apparently distant phrases. First call: call in the afternoon. Second call: call next week. On my part, I must say that the data on the website, I would like to quote: "Professional approach and helpful staff", certainly not. That's why I give one star, at least for picking up the phone.
