Just received my wool coat back in a worse condition. When i went to collect it the lady lifted it and started to use a roller ball on it (as if it had not been cleaned to begin) when i checked it there were still stains on it and it smelt the same as when i gave it in (if anything it looks worse) the buttons have been damaged. stay clear

Stay away from this dry cleaning place!!! Brought my AllSaints leather jacket to remove make up stains on collar. Got it back scratched, buttons in horrible condition, and on top of that they ripped off brand tag, for which I had to go back. (One can only wonder why they didn’t bother to sew it back...) This isn’t service worth the money nor time. Oh and not to mention that the staff will argue with you, so basically it’s all your/or manufacturer’s fault.

It cleans almost everything. 😀

Leather jacket

A month ago, I came to the dry cleaner with a stained suede jacket (sand paris 800 £). Right from the beginning I asked if it could be cleaned and the lady at the cash desk told me that she would, and that she would be ready in a week. So when I called them after two weeks, they told me to come to them. As soon as I arrived they let me sign some paper about that they could possibly damage my seams when cleaning. Finally, I signed it hoping that it would at least clear the spots on my sleeve and ask them to write a message the next time it was done. After two more weeks without a message, I came to the dry cleaner to find out that the jacket was still splashing and after 20 minutes of negotiation they gave me a 60kc cleaning discount. I tried to solve it with a calm head, but the lady probably somewhere from Eastern Europe on me started to yell that they warned me that the jacket will not clean (why I would leave it I do not know) ... I strongly recommend
