I'm satisfied up to 3.5 stars. Pros: My cloths and towels went out nicely washed in those ~33 minutes. The venue is clean. There are kinda clear* instructions. The machines look good. Their machine(s) will break your banknotes into their tokens (but not back) which you can conveniently combine with your coins. Cons: The instructions aren't too verbose and you WILL NEED TO CONTACT THEM if you don't understand anything. I don't get why they can't put up a paper answering the few questions people obviously must have (like the A/B/C programmes). There was some mediocre hiphop/pop music playing (to my taste :D) and it was kinda cold inside (in January) but not critically. There was noone inside at 19h, there are cameras. All in all, fair service. Will use again in another case of emergency. Thank you.

Good because you don't need any soap or detergents. I wanted to put 5 stars but the dryer on the high temperature set up didn't dry up anything we put inside. Too bad

Have had to use this place in a pinch until the washer in our flat is fixed. They are equipped with large and small Speed Queen washers and dryers, which are simply the best made in the world. Detergent and softener are dosed with each load which is really convenient. The price per load, both washing and drying, is about 5 Kč cheaper than the laundromat across the street, and there is almost always staff on-site in case there is an issue which is nice. They also offer a laundry service which will wash, dry, and fold your laundry starting at 300 Kč for 10Kg. The only downside is the crappy techno music they play in a loop. Overall though, they offer a very nice service for a reasonable price.

Hello everyone :) was the other day there. Totally pleased with everything. Laundry detergent and humidifier at the highest level. The only negative is the tokens that are left, but I will use them next time :)

It's a nice place and it's not too busy. Had some trouble with the coin changer the other day, it ran out of coins. Phoned the emergency number and everything was solved in 10 minutes. So, great service too! :)
