The first vineyard press is documented one century later. The small manor house has been on the Garbage Can since 1755 and its owner was Marie Klára Hummová from the Old Town. The house was inhabited year round by a vineyard manager. The vineyard homestead probably originated in the place of the press at the beginning of the 18th century.
