Friendly staff, a bit far from city center.

My husband and I are renting a van to pick up the bed. The van with us did not travel 850km. Everything was completely professional, acting at a fair level, even though our starter in Frýdek Místek spat out, and we had to start the car over speed and driving downhill, in the end they did the service well. In the final, not even the company revered us extra kilometers, because we were in a certain discomfort. We will definitely continue to use Rentik.

I borrowed a van for moving to Pilsen-Prague. Very solid negotiations by phone and e-mail, helpfulness to advise - thank you for that. Agreed takeover at 8:30, in the end we spent about 45 minutes on the spot (unfortunately we were in the time press), because we met the second customer and the prepared contracts had incorrect data, so they were rewritten. The deal was returned the next day between 8-9. an hour. Delivery handover and "training" very professional. Overall, the negotiations - unless there is a problem - are very pleasant. But... The 2005 van (Peugeot Boxer Maxi) had something behind it, 2nd gear shifting was a problem, obviously the clutch and clutch bearing were completely disengaged, the brake light was on all the time, the exclamation point light was on, the handbrake was very poorly handled, the brakes were not the best, cracked windshield. But none of that would really be a problem. On the second trip to Pilsen, the ignition key fell apart - the bed of the planchet broke, which fell out. We still managed to start and drive (a plate in the combination and an immobilizer near the ignition). However, I note that I did not immediately notify the landlord of this fact, because it was night and we had had enough. The next morning (around 7:00, which was quite early for me when we returned at 3:30) missed calls from Rentík, I say I'm on my way and around 8:30 I'll be with them. It is said that we agreed to hand over between 7.-8. an hour. I answer that it is fair that they handed over the car after 9 o'clock and that we agreed between 8 and 9, when I will be there (I arrived at 8:35). This was followed only by a note that they can't blame me for wanting to sleep (which turned me on after 3.5 hours of sleep). I also reported a key issue. This has met with even less understanding, the negotiations were no longer so professional and accommodating, but that let me come and agree. On the spot again professional and pleasant meeting, we wrote a damaged key that I will have to pay for repairs. What can be done - it came to me due to the state of delivery as impudence, but they had a right to it. The lord of Rentík assured me that they would do their best not to cost me too much. When, after a few days, he called me the price of the key, I thought of mine - CZK 2,900. So maybe they'll fix the clutch bearing for that ... or didn't they have a spare key and wanted to cover the days the car cost? Or is their business so bad? I don't know. Overall: Not here anymore - if you don't have a problem, everything will be fine (if you have lower demands on the quality of the vehicle fleet). But if a problem arises, they will enjoy you.
