Extremely overpriced customs service which, despite its outrageous, costs still proceeds at snails place and costs many calls to push forward. Guaranteed next day turned next week.

Lie and irresponsibility on daily basis. For example: 11.09.2019 11:32 - The recipient was not available. There is another delivery attempt. 11.9.2019 12:31 Zásilku jsme doručili na Parcelshop. Neváhejte s vyzvednutím zásilky, běží úložní doba. Meanwhile I was at home during that period of time. No one called no one contacted me. Why my parcel was deliver somewhere else but not to the deliver address?
