[CZ] Asi nejhorší pošta v celé Praze... většinou je tu otevřené jenom jedno okýnko ze třech a jsou zde úplně vypatlané pošťačky... [EN] Probably worst post office in a Prague... Mostly there is open only one window of three windows and there are stupid postmen... But this is the only one post office in Klánovice so when you want to send a post or something like this and don’t wanna go to other cities you are very lazy because this post office is terrible :/

I must highly commend the operation of this branch in Klánovice. Employees are very willing and perfectly handle even more complex tasks such as electronic conversion. I would especially like to commend Mrs. Říhová and Poštolková. They helped me a lot in converting the document and stayed with me for 20 minutes after they were supposed to have a break for lunch. Thank you very much again for the great approach and excellent service. I wish every post office works like this!

I praise, I have not met with such willingness for a long time. Thank you, Mrs. Svetlana, maybe Svitlana. I apologize if I distorted the name. :)

I miss a contactless card payment. Otherwise, it's good here, except for some rude customers who do not know how to handle and behave unkindly to workers, although I do not often deserve it. But this happens everywhere. I note that I am not even a Czech Post employee.
