Its e-shop enviroment is quite user-friendly. Although its customer service after order is pretty less user-friendly. I was not informed about the day of delivery to its store so after a few days I called its customers service several times without any response. Finally, I read others reviews which made me canceled my order.

If U want just to buy few plants in structured, customer friendly environment, look elsewhere. Chaos - for end user will describe the best...

Hello, I would like to express my great praise and thanks to the staff of this gardening. Today I received a package with an ordered small hazel tree and not only was it perfectly wrapped so that the plant would not be damaged by careless handling, but the package was also humorously marked with the warning "do not vent your anger on the package" and "do not jump". :-) I was especially surprised how beautiful the plant is and strong. It's not like the poor thing I buy at OBI ... Thank you very much again for the joy you made me today and I wish your whole team a lot of health in this strange time. I will definitely look at you in person sometimes to see your beautiful and, according to the description, large gardening. Have a nice time and be healthy. :-)
