Cosy post office. I don't know, how is it working during rush time or if there is any rush time , but both visits were fast and successful (both around 10:30). Very kind young lady working there. I enjoyed the experience )

I really don't like that when you call the post office in Středokluk, the number starting with 233 ...... on the web for several months. And no one is able or has time to fix this. You will be instructed to call 1188 where it is completely unnecessary. You hold the phone and when the money and credit are taken away, the call is interrupted. You have no connection, no information and you will spend money for nothing.

The last unfinished shipment was again this week, when the lady behind the counter refused to send me a shipment with the misspelled sending address, but it goes from another post normally, no problem. I just wanted to take the time off at the post office, nobody was there, the lady did not accept the shipment and I freely sent her from another post. I ask, and I'm sorry, REALLY WANT TO CLOSE THIS MAIL ONLY FOR THE NON-PROFESSIONAL APPROACH OF EMPLOYEES OF THIS BRANCH ???? Isn't it better to get rid of those parasites and give this post better air? Just, working, normally. I wish you a lot of success but this is far beyond the carrying capacity.

The worst branch of mail I ever met.
